Brady aspired to launch his outdoor company in 2020, aiming to introduce individuals to the outdoors, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle while fostering a unique family-oriented atmosphere. Together with his wife, they are the driving force behind WTWL Outdoor Company.

Driving and pushing alongside her husband Brady, Montana shares a passion for the outdoors,physical fitness and manages the challenges of business ownership and motherhood.

Jeremiah has dedicated much of his life to outdoor pursuits such as hunting, fishing, and experiencing different climates. A longstanding member of WTWL, he is essential to the team. Jeremiah values time spent with loved ones in the great outdoors.

Although primarily raised in the woods like a wild wolf pup, Doug diligently works annually to ensure the success of hunting big game such as bucks, turkeys, and even elk. A Law Enforcement officer by profession, Doug harbors an unparalleled passion for the great outdoors.

Windell, hailing from South Texas, and brother of Owner Brady Gilleland, has an unwavering dedication to Hunting Fishing. With a background in wildlife management and a history of guiding on diverse exotic game ranches in Texas, Windell brings valuable outdoor knowledge and expertise to WTWL Outdoor Co. Windell also has created a new lifestyle brand MeatStik Outdoors.
